FAQ
It depends on the package and vehicle condition. An Essential Wash takes 1–2 hours. A Full Detail typically takes a full day. Our Signature Protection package is usually a 2–3 day process. We never rush the work.
In most cases, yes. Ceramic coating permanently locks in whatever condition the paint is in — including swirls and scratches. We always inspect before recommending whether correction is needed first.
The coating reaches initial cure within 24–48 hours. Full cure happens over 30 days. During the first week we recommend keeping the car dry and out of direct rain. We'll walk you through care instructions on delivery.
Pick-up and delivery is included in our Signature and Concierge packages, and available as an add-on for others. All correction, coating and PPF work is performed at our indoor facility — we can't do this type of work at your location.
We work exclusively on passenger vehicles — sedans, coupes, SUVs, trucks and supercars. We do not work on commercial vehicles, boats or motorcycles. We specialise in premium and exotic vehicles and our standards reflect that.
We work on one vehicle at a time, so availability is limited. We typically book out 3–6 weeks. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for Signature or Concierge level work.
